Founder & Managing Director

Ingmar, Metatron’s founder and the chief executive officer, brings over 30 years experience in sales and marketing and working in both the Asian and European markets. 

Ingmar’s three decades of business development leadership includes working in successful partnerships with Pitney Bowes (now precisely), Sterling Technology and Telefonica Germany as a partner. He has always been known for his ability to inspire the people around him and getting the job done.

He is now living in Brighton & Hove, UK, spending his leisure time cooking and playing chess. 

Kevin Marsh

Director New Business Development

Kevin has over 30 years’ experience as a sales and business development professional in a wide range of industries gained from living and working in various countries and cultures around the world.

From years on the front line of direct selling, via owning and operating his own companies, to being called on to beef up and turn round direct sales and marketing situations, Kevin’s natural networking and communication skills have helped him thrive, and to have developed an extensive and varied library of knowledge and experience in direct sales, business development and lead generation.

Now living in Southwest France with his wife and sixteen year old son, Kevin’s vision is now focused on developing and enhancing the Metatron way for our clients, new and existing, our teams and people. He is, he says, still searching for his ideal golf swing and spends his spare time being a sixteen-year old’s taxi driver, and painting.
